Ingredients:
1 cup gram flour
1 cup wheat flour
1 cup semolina
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cumin-coriander powder
salt to taste
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 cup fenugreek leaves
3 spring onions
1 grated carrot
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup water or as required for a smooth consistency.
Method:
- Mix all ingredients and leave it for 30 minutes (if left overnight in the fridge it tastes better).
- On a non-stick frying pan, spread the batter evenly.
- turn it over after a minute.
- Serve it with tomato sauce or chutney.
